Return/Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange your items for a prompt refund/exchange. All refunds/exchanges are only valid when and if items have not been worn, washed or distressed and FASHTIQUE tag is attached in original form. Please print and enclose the return authorization form below with all return/exchange packages.

Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type.

Request for items to be exchanged within 15 days of purchase date will be processed and new preferred item will be sent out per our shipping policy.

You will be responsible for shipment costs on all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, We cannot guarantee receiving your package.


If the following conditions are not met FASHTIQUE reserves the right to refuse the return and/or exchange.

  • The items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase.
  • Items and packaging must be returned in original condition.
  • Brand Tag and FASHTIQUE tag must be attached in original form.
  • All items must not have been worn, washed or distressed.
  • Return/Exchange package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.

Damages/Missing Items

Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be claimed within 2 business days of receipt of package. Please call 1-888-377-3433 or email


At this time, all accessory items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items may only exchanged or a store credit may be requested at this time. Please state your preference on the return form. 


If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order you would like to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will provide a gift certificate for the value of your return, Once the returned item is received.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund...First, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank to check for pending refunds. There is often some processing time before a refund to an account.
