U.S. Shipping
Fashtique offers free shipping on all orders shipped anywhere within the United States.
Items typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders ship Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM (EST). All orders placed after business hours, on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
We provide free ground shipping (2-7 business days) on all orders.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
International Shipping
Please note, all prices on our websites are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at check out and does not include any customs fees (please see below). Orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 3-5 business days (Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM EST) from the day of purchase.
Fees
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. We are legally required to include a Customs form which includes the value of the merchandise being mailed. It is against company policy to declare purchases as gifts or alter the declared value for a customer. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Fashtique is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
- Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
- These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
- Fashtique is unable to mark orders as "gifts".
- Fashtique does not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

Please Note…USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. These are only the times in which the package will get to your country, NOT the amount of time it takes for your package to get through Customs. It can sometimes take weeks for Customs to release a package. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time you receive the tracking number email until the tracking system updates and starts tracking your package. Fashtique cannot guarantee timely arrivals of international orders; And, has no control over whether the national post of the destination country requires a signature for delivery. Once the package gets to your country, Customs will analyze it, determine if there are duties due, and then pass it on to your national postal service.
